In-Floor Radiant Heating
Warm up those large, hard-to-heat rooms in your home with the incredibly comfortable and efficient HeatLink Radiant Floor Heating System.
HeatLink Radiant Floor Heating System
With forced-air and radiator heating, rooms often feel cold as warm air rises up and collects near the ceiling, wasting heat where it isn’t needed. With radiant in-floor heating, the heat comes directly from the floor, enveloping everything at ground level in pleasing warmth and comfort.
How the System Works
A hydronic radiant floor heating system pumps warm water though specially designed PEX tubing laid underneath or within the floor. The heat in these tubes then radiates to the surface and rises evenly throughout the room. The system is safe for any floor surface to be placed above it, including carpeting, ceramic tile, vinyl flooring, and wood.
Comfortable and Efficient
Reaching a maximum temperature of 31°C, radiant floor heating systems heat up and cool down slowly for comfortable, even heating. And with no noisy fans or radiators, the HeatLink system is extremely quiet. For the best energy efficiency, a separate thermostat can be installed in every room of the house, meaning unoccupied rooms can be set back – saving you even more money on your heating bills.
The HeatLink system doesn’t have to be installed in every room of your home. Many people choose to target tough to heat rooms such as basements and bathrooms. This strategy can help keep your costs even lower while still giving you the comfort of radiant heating.
Built to Last
HeatLink warranties its tubing for 25 years and includes 10 years of consequential damage protection.
