Today’s high density housing projects and the close proximity of residential lots means that an air conditioning unit is often installed very close to a neighbour’s lot. To keep your cool, as well as the neighbourly peace, remember to select a quiet unit and have it installed correctly in the best possible location (preferably in your front or side yard, away from the neighbour’s outdoor living space).
